Some of the best books I have ever read are by this Chinese man, Watchman Nee. You can read his biography in the book called "Against the Tide" by Angus Kinear.
The first book that read was "The Release of the Spirit", and from then on I was hooked... couldn't get enough of Watchman Nee's writings. "The Spiritual Man" is a huge book of four volumes, and is the type of book that you never really finish. In it he covers everything related to the true Christian life. All the other books I've listed here are only small, and will not take long to read... but will give you much spiritual insight....
